Cefin receives recognition for its implication in the CSR programs

Cefin Romania, provider of integrated services for transporters, the most important Iveco dealer in Europe, has received the "Silver Partner 2008-2009" trophy from the non-governmental organization "United Way Romania" for its contribution and results obtained at various projects.
The trophy was handed out to Stefano Albarosa, Cefin’s CEO, within an event organized by United Way on April 29, at the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. At this gala, the United Way officials thanked the people, companies and organizations which achieved great results in the campaigns developed throughout the year 2008. The campaign for the current year was also launched at the same event.
Cefin got involved both through financial donations from the company and personal donations from the employees, as well as individual volunteership through direct participation of employees at different projects of mutual help administered by United Way.
As the United Way Silver Partner, Cefin is joining other 37 renowned companies of Romania and some 2,200 people who contributed as donors, volunteers or sponsors in order to help more then 6,000 people with special needs from Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara.
The beneficiaries of these mutual help projects are children and families in difficult situations, homeless people, patients with end-stage disease, and elders with insufficient income.
