Cefin Romania awarded the Grand Prize at transportation gala

Cefin Romania, Europe is leading Iveco dealer and one of the main service suppliers working in the transportation business in Romania, awarded the Grand Prize in the "Transporter of the Year 2009 in Romania" gala, which was organized by Cargo & Bus Magazin and hosted by JW Marriott Grand Hotel on February the 19th.
Confident in this type of competitions, a significant competitor on the market, open to all challenges and a partner for all companies working in the transportation industry, Cefin was the main sponsor of the first competition whose purpose was to stimulate competitiveness based on criteria such as sound management, safety, professionalism, environment protection and global image.
In the presence of over 200 guests – company directors from the transportation industry, Cefin Romania through its Cefin Commercial Vehicles division was honoured to award the First Prize to the best participant in the competition, Edy International Spedition, which proved that it uses the best practices in the transportation industry.
The high profile of this event also relied on the participation of prestigious sponsors, whose representatives handed over the 2nd and 3rd prizes, as well as the safety, IT and popularity awards.
As a winner of the top award, Edy International Spedition goes into the next stage, i.e. the “European Transport Company of the Year 2009”, that will take place on May 7th, 2009, in Amsterdam.
